2017 Chili Cook Off – Details , Rules & Entry Form

So you think you make fantastic chili? All your friends tell you it’s the best they’ve ever had? Think you could give some of the local chefs a run for their money? Want bragging rights for the whole year? Well, cook up a pot of your best chili and come on down. Let’s see what you can do! To enter please fill in the registration form below and drop it at the Chamber Office, Auntie Pesto’s Café, Persnickety Clothing for Kids or Ganges Stationary.

Date: Saturday, December 2rd
Place: Sidewalk at Centennial Park
Registration & Set Up: 3pm to 3:30pm
Blind Tasting: Between 4pm and 6pm
Winner Announced: 6pm
Entry: Free!

Rules:
● Chili must be served from a non-commercial crock pot
● NO add on or extra’s (sides) of any kind. Chili must be served on it’s own with
NO exceptions…
● Extra points awarded for creativity and local ingredients!
● Entries MUST be set up by 3:30 pm.
● Min 2 Gallons required. If you have a small crock pot please bring a pot to refill from.
● Entries MUST have an ingredient list on hand.
● Chili’s will be numbered for testing. No names, logos or other identification allowed.
